Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Axionix Systems LLC operates Your Next Website (www.YourNext.website), its public blog and RSS feeds, related product sites, and managed subscription platform instances. This policy applies to website visitors and blog readers as well as customers. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

What we collect

We collect the information reasonably needed to operate our public website and blog, provide managed website services, prevent abuse, and support customer platforms.

  • Contact information such as name, email address, company name, and messages you submit.
  • Account and dashboard information such as authentication settings, subscription details, domains, configuration preferences, and support activity.
  • Submitted business, website, asset, or design content needed for platform provisioning, custom edits, updates, or integration delivery.
  • Operational data such as site access events, audit logs, billing status, email delivery status, visitor traffic statistics, device/browser metadata, and anti-abuse records.

How we use information

  • To provision, maintain, and support your managed website, custom integrations, domain mappings, certificates, and transactional workflows.
  • To authenticate users, support administrative sessions, and protect client dashboards.
  • To process subscription payments, manage renewals, and maintain billing records.
  • To troubleshoot, secure, measure, and improve our public website, blog, platforms, and client websites.

Website analytics and browser preferences

Our public website, including the blog, uses Umami analytics served from an.yournext.website (and previously mnwan.mynextwebsite.net) to measure page views and clicks on external links. Analytics events can include the page URL, query parameters, section anchors used during navigation, and the destination URL of a clicked external link. We use this information to understand readership, navigation, and which resources visitors find useful, and to improve the site. Hosting and security providers also process site requests to deliver content and help prevent abuse.

When you select a language, we save that preference in your browser's local storage. You can remove the saved preference through your browser's site-data settings.

Blog sharing, external links, and RSS

Blog sharing links open LinkedIn, Facebook, or X when you choose to use them, passing the article URL and, for X, its title. These are links rather than embedded social-network widgets. Our analytics may record the outbound click. Once you visit a third-party site, its own privacy practices apply. The Copy link button writes the article URL to your clipboard when you click it; it does not read your clipboard contents.

Our English and Spanish RSS feeds are publicly accessible without registering with Your Next Website or providing us with an email address. Your feed reader requests the feed, and those requests are handled by our hosting and security services. If you use a third-party feed reader, its provider's privacy practices also apply. Reading the blog or using its RSS feeds does not enroll you in an email mailing list.

What we do not do

We do not sell customer data, client list details, website analytics, or custom assets. We do not use client site visitor data to build advertising profiles.

Sharing and processors

We use service providers for cloud hosting, databases, email transmission (e.g., ZeptoMail), secure payment processing, CDN services, security controls, and operational tooling. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our services and users from fraud or abuse.

Retention

We retain visitor analytics and operational information for as long as necessary to measure and improve the site, troubleshoot problems, and protect it from abuse. We retain account and platform information for as long as necessary to provide active subscription services, maintain business records, resolve support issues, satisfy legal obligations, and defend against abuse. Backups persist until normal retention cycles expire.

Security

We use standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for modern cloud serverless environments. No online platform can promise absolute security, so avoid submitting unnecessary credentials, credentials for other platforms, or highly sensitive confidential business secrets.

Customer's customer data (data processing)

When we host a website for our clients, we may process personal data collected by their websites (such as contact form submissions or booking information) on their behalf. In these scenarios, our client is the Data Controller, and we act strictly as a Data Processor. We handle this data solely to provide the services outlined in our agreement and do not use it for any independent purposes.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your data, as well as the right to object to or withdraw consent for certain data processing activities. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at support@yournext.website. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable local data protection laws.
